Lean Manager

Overview A person in this position is an expert in lean methodologies who is responsible and held accountable for continuous improvement across company products, systems, operations, and processes. Responsibilities Contribute to the creation and implementation of lean practices Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems Identify short and long-term improvement opportunities and work with production and engineering teams to schedule and complete projects Train and coach employees regarding lean methodologies Other duties that may be assigned Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: 10 years of experience in a vertically integrated medium to large manufacturing organization  Skills and Abilities: Ability to identify creative solutions to problems Strong written and oral communication skills High degree of computer literacy is desired Excellent leadership skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization A proven track record of goal setting and metric attainment Education: Relevant manufacturing degreepreferred Bachelor's Degree required Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, Lean Lead Facilitator, or equivalent qualification Physical Requirements: Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting 2018-2447

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
