Duties - Oversee and manage all aspects of food production and kitchen operations - Ensure the quality and consistency of food products - Develop and implement menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation workers - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with other departments - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner Skills - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and culinary techniques - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals - Proven experience in kitchen management, including inventory control and staff supervision - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficient in food safety and sanitation practices Note:
