Teacher - Head Start - Markesan We are seeking individuals who can provide a warm, safe, stimulating and organized learning environment for our Head Start kiddos! These positions will plan and develop appropriate curriculum for children in a classroom setting.
Complete home visits and parent/teacher conferences as needed.
Most importantly prepare Head Start children for School Readiness and greater success! Facility address is W911 WI-44, Markesan, WI 53946.
Job Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and/or a BS or BE in Early Childhood Education required Current teaching license preferred but not required Ability to empathize with and articulate the needs and circumstances of low-income families Pre-employment Physical/tb/drug screen required Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic Comprehensive background check required Responsibilities Include:

Benefits:
This 36 hour per week full time position will work Monday--Thursday, with occasional Fridays.
Starting pay is $20.
29 per hour.
This position will work a program year with summers off.
This full-time position will have access to health, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, vacation, sick and holiday pay, and our employer-contribution 401k.
